About Badi Jheel Lake

Badi Lake The lake has a rich history that dates back to the time of Raja Bhoj, a medieval king known for his contributions to the city of Bhopal. Bhojtal was built by the Paramara king Bhoj during his tenure as the king of Malwa (1005–1055). The lake was constructed by them as an important water reservoir for the area.
